Product Information
We sell live springtails (Collembola) and related microfauna products. Natural variation may occur between batches.
Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Conditions
- Shipments are made Monday to Wednesday
- Shipping available to Spain and selected EU countries
- Extreme weather may delay dispatch
- Transit times: Spain 24–72h, EU 3–7 days
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate address information
- Be present to receive the package
- Collect parcels promptly from pickup points
Right of Withdrawal
Live springtails are exempt from withdrawal rights under Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as they are perishable and temperature-sensitive organisms.
Therefore, no cancellations or returns are accepted once the package has been shipped.
